Comfort Inn & Suites - Hannibal

Great room with friendly staff. Except for a few rude guests making a lot of noise in the hall it was a wonderful stay. Very clean and reasonable

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds are protected in a zippered protective cover which I absolutely love! Only thing is I have a service dog and the owner refused to give me a 1st floor room because “pet” rooms are only on the third floor. Non shedding fully vaccinated service dog an exception could have been made.

Stayed here a few times and overall its not a bad place. Yes some areas are a bit outdated or need to be repainted. Some of the bathroom fixtures could be replaced and the grout in the tile could be redone. But I love the pool and the hot tub. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon(alternating mornings), scrambled eggs, waffles and juices. Every single morning. Plus fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals. Upon arrival, the lobby always clean and smells nice. They usually have complementary cucumber water.

I can’t sing Comfort Inn’s praises enough. We made the mistake of booking at the Howard Johnson across the street. When we got there we discovered it wasn’t a place we needed to be staying, so we called comfort inn. They got us right in and saved our trip. I cannot speak highly enough of them. I’ll definitely stay there again.

I got a king suite it is spacious. A little dated but clean. The breakfast here stays the same everyday of sausage gravy and biscuits, eggs and sausage links. Along with your fruit, cereal and waffles. The downfall of this hotel is the road noise you hear Jake breaks all day and night.

Stayed 1 night, on third floor, king bed, 2 people, no pets. The room was clean, no weird smells, no untoward experiences.The staff was courteous and very helpful. The soaps were nice smelling and they even had a complimentary makeup remover wipe and shower cap. The bed felt bigger then a king! Breakfast started i believe at 630am. (Always check with front desk) the sitting area is huge like a 80 person capacity for the room. The breakfast bar was impressive! Waffles ready to make, hot scrambled eggs, sausage, mini biscuits(that were soft), sausage gravy, coffee(reg, decaf, bold, hot water), reg Tea bags and green teabags, swiss miss, cranberry juice, orange juice, apple juice, yogurt, 2%milk, 2 diff liquid creamer minis, sweetener/ sugar packets, apples, 3 cereals, white/ wheat bread, bagels, danishes, muffins, jelly, peanutbutter,nutella, sugar free syrup/ reg, butter packets. Most places you stay at do not do this large of a breakfast bar. I will be staying here again if nearby 100000%. We did not have time to enjoy the pool or hotter. That will be next time.

Wasn’t the worst, but wasn’t the best. Very few gluten free breakfast options.

Excellent customer service! Room was clean, breakfast was good, and the internet was fast. The general manager was also very kind and accommodating! He gave us a print out of restaurants in the area when we first checked in, which I thought was very helpful! Overall, had a very pleasant experience
